The Missing Peace In Leadership

In today’s world of endless demands, even the most successful leaders often feel disconnected—from themselves, their teams, and their purpose. The Missing Peace In Leadership reveals why busyness, burnout, and fractured attention are sabotaging our effectiveness and how to reclaim the one thing that makes everything else work: connection.

Drawing on her expertise as both a clinical psychologist and executive coach, Dr. Cree Scott introduces the Integrated Connection Framework—a practical, research-based system for restoring alignment across three dimensions:

• Me– deep self-awareness and self-worth
• We– authentic, trust-filled relationships
• All– the wisdom and purpose that connect us to something greater

Through powerful stories, science-backed insights, and actionable practices, Dr. Scott shows that peace isn’t separate from leadership—it is the missing piece. This book is your first step to leading with clarity, resilience, and humanity.

If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start leading with presence and purpose, this book will help you find your missing peace.

Dr. Cree Scott has spent her career solving a critical puzzle: why some leaders inspire unwavering loyalty while others struggle with constant turnover, despite similar technical skills and business acumen.

As a psychologist and workplace performance expert, Dr. Scott’s expertise lies in helping leaders navigate the psychological dynamics that drive performance, organizational resilience, and sustainable growth.

Her approach moves beyond theoretical concepts to tackle the complexities modern leaders face: breaking destructive patterns that lead to burnout, creating strategies that withstand high-pressure environments, and creating organizational cultures where excellence and wellbeing are mutually reinforcing.

Through her leadership programs, Dr. Scott has become a trusted advisor to organizations seeking more than surface-level solutions. She is the CEO/founder of Serenity Psy Consulting and serves on the Forbes Coaches Council and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, while also being a wife and mother—embodying her belief that purpose, presence, and performance can coexist.
