David has been involved in cross-cultural ministry and equipping believers for over twenty-five years. He and his wife lived in the Middle East for twenty years. David leads Equipping Servants International, a ministry that mentors individuals, trains churches and advises mission agencies. Their desire is to equip God’s people to do healthier candidate assessment, pre-field training, and on-field guidance for cross-cultural ministers both at home and abroad.
