Of Mistress, Friends, and Wealth: A Ramsay Castle Mystery--Book 2

American heiress Liza Ramsay, recent beneficiary of the thirteenth century Ramsay Castle in the Scottish Lowlands, is looking forward to a quiet winter as she plans a summer wedding to Lachlan McClaren, former groundskeeper and falsely accused murder suspect. Just as their lives are settling down from the traumatic killing spree at the castle, the pair receives a strange request from a renowned Scottish magnate to host a three-day retreat—a billionaires’ club, of sorts—for some of the richest and most powerful geopolitical players that all have agendas for mischievousness, mayhem, and malice.

When one of the guests is discovered dead after a night of sensual entertainment, Liza and Lachlan attempt to maintain order with a group of guests that all have motives for murder. But can their relationship survive the secrets of the castle, the temptations of great wealth, and the desires of the flesh? Or will they lose their lives, and each other, trying?
