This very scarce envelope of a Model Set of coloured folding Plans was designed to go with Bentley and Taylor's important and influential work the 1909 Town Planning Act, the first legislation specifically on planning in the UK. Curiously, as the table of contents on the envelope confirms, the maps are labelled as 1, 2 and 4.
