MODEL SUSPECT is a funny holiday mystery that's "The Devil Wears Prada" meets a Wisconsin supper club.

Get ready for a holiday mystery that’s as delightful as a plate of Hannah Swensen’s cookies and as charmingly witty like The Thursday Murder Club!

In Model Suspect, former NYC fashion model Melanie Tower leaves the catwalk for the cozy Wisconsin town of Cinnamon to open Bell, Book, & Anvil, an artist/crafters’ mall. But when a social media influencer is found dead under a vintage door just before the holiday season’s Cheese Ball, Mel becomes a suspect and must become an amateur sleuth to clear her name.

With her craft mall shut down and her reputation on the line, Mel channels her inner Midwestern sleuth to uncover the killer. From polka dancing at the Cheese Ball, to judging a bake-off, and starring in a quirky readers’ theater, Mel navigates a whirlwind of holiday parties to clear her name. This holiday mystery blends Midwest charm with laugh-out-loud moments, served with a brandy old-fashioned and cheese curds.

Perfect for fans of clean, cozy mysteries set in small Midwest towns with sassy senior characters as seen in Joanne Fluke's mysteries and The Thursday Murder Club books, Model Suspect is a delightful, clean whodunit. Join Mel, her trusty dog Max, and her irrepressible cousin Lou for a cozy, funny mystery that will keep you guessing until the final reveal.

Includes a recipe for holiday shortbread cookies.
