Some hinge cracks, but binding is sturdy. Title page tearing along hinge, 2". Large grease stain to title page and index page. Interior heavily age toned, otherwise unmarked. Maroon boards bumped and worn at spine ends and corners, abrasion to lower spine end. Front board grease stained. Tarnished gilt lettering, especially on spine. 256 pages.
