Un m�todo de control avanzado, MPC ha sido ampliamente utilizado y en una amplia variedad de aplicaciones en sistemas de control de procesos, utiliza un modelo de proceso expl�cito para predecir la respuesta futura de un proceso y resolver un problema de control �ptimo con un horizonte finito en cada instante de muestreo. En este libro, en primer lugar un sistema de nivel de agua de tanque de circuito cerrado utilizando el modelo de estaci�n de proceso de nivel m�vil 3503 que es construido por Lab-Volt (Canad�) ha sido implementado en l�nea en modo de tiempo real utilizando el entorno MATLAB. A continuaci�n, se ha linealizado el sistema para simplificar el an�lisis. Luego, se desarrolla una interfaz muy flexible, la adquisici�n inteligente de datos que podr�a ser utilizada con muy poco esfuerzo y ser� adecuada para cualquier proceso similar.
