3. Keep in mind, we photograph each book prior to shipping.
4. If you have a problem with the condition of a book, or there is a problem with a book, we expect to be notified within seven days of receipt of the book so we can rectify the problem.

If you received the wrong book, or if it’s the correct book but was inaccurately described online, or if the book arrived damaged, follow these return instructions. HOWEVER, if you: ordered the wrong book in error; ordered a textbook and then dropped the class; ordered a book and changed your mind, we have the discretion to decline the refund. See below.

7. Our books are uploaded electronically by scanning the bar code so as to avoid errors. This is how we avoid sending a wrong edition etc.
8. If a customer wishes to return a book for discretionary reasons, then it is up to the buyer to return the book at their own expense. Our shipping rates are below cost, and it is impossible to reimburse the customer the fill rate.
9. Books returned without postage or with "postage due" WILL NOT arrive to our facility and may cause a refund not to be issued. So, to avoid delays please pay for shipping as our rates are lower than the lowest rate for media mail. Our shipping costs are discounted for our buyers.

13. A refund is processed once the book arrives back at out facility and undergoes an inspection.
