Models for Workplace Learning and Performance

Based on research data collected in the last decade, this source describes the 52 competencies identified for success in workplace learning and performance. A CD-ROM lets you benchmark your skills in all 52 competencies against more than 1,000 WLP professionals.

William J. Rothwell is professor of human resource development in the Department of Adult Education, Instructional Systems, and Workforce Education and Development in the College of Education on the University Park Campus of the Pennsylvania State University and director of Penn State's Institute for Research in Training and Development. He also is president of Rothwell and Associates, a private consulting firm with more than 30 multinational corporations on its client list.
