About the Author

Dominik Lutter was born in Nairobi, Kenia in November 1977.During his studies at the University of Regensburg he focused on botany, zoology and bioinformatics. He obtained a PhD degree in Biology in 2009. Currently, he is working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Bioinformatics and Systems biology of the Helmholtz Zentrum München.
