Original light brown cloth over boards with dark brown decoration and lettering. Covers pulled away from stapled edges of text block both front and back, but still firmly attached. Covers are soiled. Bottom half of page 72 has been torn out (somebody wanted either a bread recipe, or the ad on the back of it). This cookbook was produced as a fundraiser for various women's groups around the province of New Brunswick, mostly benefiting local hospitals. Dozens of local ads (every righthand page, and sometimes the left one!). 206 pp. Scarce. Size: 8vo - over 7� - 9�" tall.
