Modern Fear The Invisible Prison - Second Edition: Break Free from the Fear of Feeling

Fear. One word with a thousand faces. We experience fear of failure, fear of success, fear of the future, fear of the past. Fear of what we can see, and fear of what we can’t see.

But even after years of learning new paradigms, therapy, and healing modalities, why do so many still struggle with fear?
What is fear, really?

According to master facilitator and healer Leah Lovelight
Michael, fear is a prison of our own making.

As she shares her own experiences of navigating abuse, self-harm, addiction, and all the survival mechanisms that result, she also shares the tools and insights she discovered along the way that allowed her to walk out of the prison of fear, one step at a time.

Modern Fear leads you on a path from fear to freedom:

RECOGNIZE: Understand where you are and the prison you’re in.
RECLAIM: Feel your feelings, let go of what no longer serves you, and reclaim that
energy for your greater good.
REWIRE: Focus your intention and attention on what you want to shape in your world.
RECEIVE: Practice allowing the abundance of love to ow to and through you.

Fear is not about what is happening to us. It’s about being afraid to feel and experience life. If you’ve struggled with fear in your life, Modern Fear will allow you to set yourself free and experience true abundance, regardless of the circumstances you face.
