Mark Canepa is a member of the Tripoli Rocketry Association and is the publisher and editor of the Central Valley Rocket News. He has authored several articles on High-Power rocketry, which have appeared in Extreme Rocketry magazine. He has also successfully achieved his Level One, Level Two and Level Three certifications as a High-Power rockateer. In his professional life, Mark is an attorney who has practiced in California for more than 14 years. His articles on legal and medical issues have appeared in many periodicals, including California Lawyer, California Physician, Medical Economics and Los Angeles Lawyer. Mark received his undergraduate degrees in history and journalism from San Francisco State University and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings. Mark and his wife, Valerie, live in Clovis, California.
