Dark green boards rubbed and bumped with some fraying, blind tooling to front board and gilt lettering to spine. Some finger marks to some pages. Many b/w line drawings in text, also plates in colour and b/w.236pp. Scattered foxing to final pages, dark grey endpapers. Good solid sewn binding.

We are a family run bookshop in rural Galloway, based in a restored eighteenth century cotton mill. We are open daily April to October. We have a very good collection of Scottish books, poetry, art and architecture, and natural history, and a good general collection.
