Hardcover book, half leather binding with maroon boards, no date estimated 1890. 538 pages. Tissue guarded frontis of Persimmon -racing horse with 18 other fine chromolithographed plates, 28 plates in black and white , index vi, bound with The Diseases and Treatment of Cattle, Sheep and Pigs, by James irvine Lupton,96 pages. A Very good copy, light foxing to endpapers, front hinge slightly stretched but binding firm. pages clean and coloured plates excellent. Lightly rubbed edges to covers, Title label to spine rubbed away but title visible. Pictures available.
