About the Author

Steven Lubet is the Williams Memorial Professor of Law at Northwestern University, where he also directs the law school's award winning Bartlit Center on Trial Strategy. He is the bestselling author of several NITA books and case files, as well as such popular books as Murder in Tombstone: The Forgotten Trial of Wyatt Earp and Lawyers Poker: Fifty-two Lessons that Lawyers Can Learn from Card Players.
