This volume examines the various aspects of post-transcriptional RNA processing, including biosynthetic, genetic, and functional aspects of nucleotide modification and editing by nucleotide conversion as well as by nucleotide insertion/deletion. It covers techniques for identification and localization of modified nucleosides in RNA and chemical synthesis of RNA with site specific incorporation of natural and/or synthetic modified nucleosides.
