Dans le but de satisfaire ses besoins, l'homme exerce des pressions non planifi�es sur la nature, compromettant ainsi son propre bien-�tre. La gestion incontr�l�e des terres agricoles en est une illustration. Cette �tude vise � �laborer un mod�le territorial des syst�mes d'exploitation des terres agricoles dans le bassin versant d'Affon-Donga (B�nin) pour p�renniser l'usage des terres et promouvoir une agriculture durable. La m�thode utilis�e combine des statistiques descriptives et inf�rentielles sur la base d'enqu�tes de terrain. Le syst�me de culture et l'exploitation des terres ont �t� �valu�s � l'aide des coefficients de Ruthenberg (R) et d'Alan (L). Des analyses spatiales sous ArcGIS, � partir d'images SoilGrids (ISRIC), d'�l�vation (ASTER GDEM), de Landsat OLI et de donn�es p�dologiques, ont permis de constituer une base de donn�es g�ographiques. Le mod�le RUSLE a servi � estimer la perte en sol. Une superposition pond�r�e a permis de cartographier l'aptitude aux labours et cultures. Les r�sultats r�v�lent que la daba (75,3 %) est l'outil de labour le plus utilis� dans le bassin. Le syst�me de culture est permanent (R = 71,9 > 66) et les terres sont surexploit�es (L = 1,3 < 5). L'�paisseur du sol arable varie de 7,66 � 40,2 cm selon la position dans le bassin. L'ANOVA montre une diff�rence significative (p = 0,026) entre les fr�quences d'indicateurs de d�gradation selon les trois portions (amont, moyen, aval) du bassin. La m�thode de Tukey r�v�le que l'aval du bassin se distingue avec une fr�quence de d�gradation plus faible. La perte moyenne en sol est estim�e � 1443,81 t/ha/an. Pour y rem�dier, 78 629,55 ha ont �t� identifi�s comme zones adapt�es � un labour respectueux de l'aptitude des sols. Le mod�le territorial ainsi con�u constitue un outil d'aide � la d�cision pour la mise en œuvre d'une agriculture durable dans la r�gion.
