Dieses Buch beschreibt die Programmiersprache Modula-2. Es wendet sich an Be- nutzer, die Pascal kennen und darauf aufbauend Modula-2 lernen m�chten. Das Buch gliedert sich in drei Teile. In Teil 3 werden Module definiert, die eine grundlegende Programmierumgebung bereitstellen. Man beachte, da� dieses Buch keine vollst�ndige Sprachbeschreibung f�r Modu- la-2 darstellt; es ist vielmehr als Erg�nzung zu Niklaus Wirths Sprachdefinition Pro- gramming in Modula-2 (Springer-Verlag 1983) anzusehen. Einige Leser werden bemerken, da� dieses Buch auf dem Modula-2 User's Ma- nual der amerikanischen Firma Volition Systems basiert.
