About the Author

Professor He has research interests in soil C, N, S dynamics and the underlying ecological significance, with emphasis in the coupled microbial and chemical processes. He has published 100+ refereed journal papers. He is Group Leader of Soil Molecular Ecology at Research Centre for Eco-environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing.
