Molly Reeder: The Secret of the Christmas Bell

Book Description

Something is wrong with Christmas in Richmond Hill—and Molly Reader may be the only person who can stop it.

The lights are brighter than ever. The town square is filled with decorations, music, and holiday celebrations. But beneath all the beauty, something essential is disappearing. The story of Bethlehem is being pushed further into the background, churches are growing empty, and the faith records preserved inside Archive Seven are slowly losing their meaning.

Molly soon discovers that the fading is not accidental.

A mysterious heritage consultant named Dorian Hale has been moving from town to town, quietly removing the specific truths at the heart of Christmas and replacing them with something beautiful—but hollow. If the process continues, Richmond Hill may forget not only what Christmas means, but why its people ever believed at all.

Molly’s only hope may be hidden inside Elin Reader’s journal: the story of an ancient bronze bell carried through history by people who chose courage when fear told them to remain silent. From Rahab and Ruth to Mary in Bethlehem, the bell has passed through the hands of those willing to act from truth, faith, and love.

Now Molly must uncover its hidden location, confront a powerful Reader, and find the courage to speak the Christmas story before it disappears from her town completely.

With Clark, Emma, Marshall, and Mrs. Holloway beside her, Molly faces a different kind of battle—one that cannot be won through force or magic alone. To restore what has been lost, she must stand before an entire town and speak the truth with love, even while her own legs are shaking.

The Secret of the Christmas Bell is a warm, suspenseful, and hope-filled Christmas adventure about faith, memory, friendship, and the quiet courage required to stand for what is true.
