Neu Neuware, auf Lager - Mark Chadwick, S�nger der Folkrocker The Levellers, ver�ffentlicht sein zweites Soloalbum. Marks Motivation war es, etwas 'Schnelles, Direktes und Sch�nes' aufzunehmen. So schrieb er die Songs mit einer akustischen Gitarre am K�chentisch, spielte sie seiner Band (darunter Alex und Tom von Electric Soft Parade) einmal vor, es folgte eine Probe, jeder Song wurde sp�testens beim dritten Mal festgehalten. Das gesamte Album entstand innerhalb von sieben Tagen. Entsprechend atmet es die echte Frische fr�her Rock'n'Roll-Aufnahmen der sp�ten 50er und fr�hen 60er Jahre sowie die Schlichtheit einfacher Folksongs. Ein weiterer gro�er Einfluss f�r Mark war auch Van Morrison, insbesondere dessen Song 'T B Sheets', der auf �hnliche Weise entstand.
