Pingala, the World Commander, affectionately called the Human 3-D Printer, has an extraordinary ability to create anything he imagines out of thin air. Because he is universally adored, everyone is stunned when a targeted attack places him on life support. Minutes later, Pingala’s most trusted advisor, Vector, learns that a chemical weapons strike is imminent and has to orchestrate an exodus to an underwater facility created by Pingala.
