Latin text of 'Decreta Lanfranci' (long recognized as one of the most important historical sources for medieval monastic life) facing classic translation of David Knowles. Also included is 'The Instruction of Novices According to the Custom of the Church of Canterbury' in Latin with English translation. Later revised by Christopher Brooke.
