Cloth peeling up from corners and side edges. Creases, tears and stains to inside front covers. Areas of inner layers of cover paper torn away. Remaining areas heavily creased and stained. Large section of bottom corner of front fly page torn away. Heavily stained fly and end papers. Some small stains to inner pages. Easily readable text.
