About the Author
Debra A. Neiman, CFP®, MBA, is a financial planner specializing in investment, retirement, and tax-planning needs of unmarried couples and families. She is a frequent lecturer on Financial Planning for Unmarried Couples and was recently appointed Assistant Professor of Financial Planning at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. Neiman is a founding member of PridePlanners Association, an organization of financial planners serving the gay and lesbian community. She has appeared on the Dolan's Unscripted television show and National Public Radio's Marketplace, and has been featured in numerous publications including Business Week, The Advocate and Kiplinger's Personal Finance.
