Monkeyflower Books strives for fast quality service and cutomer service. Your questions are answered promptly. Books are shipped quickly within 24-hours of the receipt of your order. All books are wrapped in plastic (to guard against moisture) and then surrounded tightly in cardboard (effectively a box) to protect against any postal roughness.  Our goal is for full customer satisfaction.  Books valued $80 and up will usually require a customer signature.If no-one is home to sign, a signature on the small tan postal notice will serve as authorization for the package to be left the following day with your regular mail.  If this is a problem, please let us know. You may decline the signature provided you agree that the USPS tracking Delivery notice will serve as proof of delivery.
