The inclusion of numerous monthly tracking pages means you are not limited to twelve monthly trackers! This book can be used for up to three years (if tracking 9 or less items/behaviors/goals, moods) OR it can be used across a single year if you wish to use multiple tracking pages per month (one for home, one for work) or different types of activities (one for minutes engaged in an activity, one for moods, etc).
