Moon Knight: Fist of Khonshu Vol. 1

Marc Spector is back from the beyond! As an avatar and agent Khonshu, Egyptian God of the Moon, former mercenary Marc Spector has died and come back to life on more than one occasion. To the ignorant, his fate beyond death's grasp may seem idyllic - but being chosen as a Fist of Khonshu comes with a heavy cost! And like bones in a street fight, Marc Spector - and the multitudes he contains - may be about to break! Reunited with his Midnight Mission, which has grown in his absence, Marc heads straight into the fight of his (latest) life as dangerous operators on both sides of the law target heroes, villains and civilians with callous disregard for safety! Joke's on them, though, because Moon Knight also has a callous disregard for safety - and his is bigger! Collecting MOON KNIGHT: FIST OF KHONSHU #0-5

Canadian writer Jed MacKay has built an extensive list of credits at Marvel — including such titles as Edge of Spider-Geddon, Infinity Wars: Ghost Panther, Daughters of the Dragon and Man Without Fear. His career caught fire in 2019 with Black Cat, a character-defining phenomenon. MacKay has built on that success with his highly entertaining take on Taskmaster; a high-profile relaunch of Moon Knight; and Death of Doctor Strange, which led Clea to become the new Sorcerer Supreme in Strange.

Moon Knight provided a hugely impressive U.S.-comics debut for Italian illustrator Alessandro Cappuccio, immediately establishing him as an artist to watch. Cappuccio continued his collaboration with writer Jed MacKay into the follow-up series Vengeance of the Moon Knight, while his other Marvel credits include Strange Academy Presents: The Death of Doctor Strange and a Marvel Age #1000 pairing with Mark Waid featuring the Original Human Torch.
