About the Author: Maureen Harris writes fun, magical children's fiction. Ever since childhood she has been fascinated with expression through various methods of creative arts. From her early days of working on the school newspaper to hanging out at her step-dad's local radio station; to working on the TV show Petrocelli, to writing and producing a 10 year, 16 page monthly newsletter for racing legend Jeff Gordon ~ her canvas is painted through creative arts.

She had a dream to write her own children's book series. Her mom was an artist and always encouraged her to chase her dreams, so at age 60 she is finally achieving her dream of writing a children's series. The series Moonlight and Molly™ was inspired after she adopted a Mustang and named her Moonlight.
