Rpt., June. Green cloth. x,242pp + catalogue. Illus 4 plates. The author's recollections of practicing in one of the most inhospitable areas of Yorkshire and the characters he had to deal with. He died 6 months before the book was published. The boards are a little rubbed and the spine sl. sunned and bumped at the head & tail. There are 2 previous owner signatures on the ffep., one contemporary the other much later. There is also the remains of a label or bookplate. Generally a clean & bright copy internally.
