Washington, DC: W. H. & O. H. Morrison, 1868. Revised edition, 1868. Includes six folding plates, additional full page plates, large folding map attached to rear cover. Brown blind stamped cloth lettered in gilt, 58 pages. All charts/maps very good except the plan of the third floor Senate wing which has wear to the far outer edge and a short closed tear along one fold line. A couple of tiny chips to front cover fabric, fraying to spine ends, city map folded so that it protrudes a little from the cover edges, text block basically sound but not tight (pages well attached), pages lightly age-toned but clean, no names or other markings. Hard Cover. Good. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
