With a print date of 1641 on the title page, this is the sixth edition, totaling over 800 pages.The book is in very good condition with little foxing and only minor wear. The binding undoubtedly dates to the 18th or 19th century. The boards are covered in maroon leather and show moderate rubbing, wear to the edges, cracking to the spine and chips toward the bottom edge of the spine. Hinges are starting. Page edges are tipped in maroon as well. The lettering looks remarkably fresh and the pages remain clean for the most part. On the second page is written at the top "Hannah Petter Her Book" in neat, light hand-written letters. There are slight stray ink marks on the title page and last page. The title continues, ".Which Texts are now added in the end of the Booke, Herein Likewise Is Shewed What Customes The Hebrewes borrowed from Heathen people: And that many Heathenish customes, originally have beene unwarrantable imitations of the Hebrewes."
