Softcover, a small accordion-fold photo scene booklet, printed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Moskauer Liedertafel, a musical society founded by German speakers who resided in Moscow. Starting out in 1861 as an amateur choir, its status in Russia grew in importance over the years; Czar Nicholas sent the group a congratulatory telegram to commemorate this jubilee anniversary. With 24 black & white photo images of Moscow landmarks. Title page in German, with all captions printed in German and Cyrillic.
