Motivation and Wellbeing for Students: The Path to Success (Paperback or Softback)

I am a Registered Scientist and a final year PhD student in antibiotics resistance and biophysics, I have spent three years in research laboratories and around research students. I have learnt a lot by seeing students who are not self-motivated and have difficulty researching, due to the state of their mental health as they feel pressurised. Another main factor is time management- as a student, it is essential to socialise as well as revise for an exam and write their reports, assignments or preparing for their presentations. In this book, all the issues are covered in great detail with lots of solutions. As the author of this book, I would like to share all my experiences with fellow students, who can learn from this book and use the path to success to be a successful, self-motivated student. "Once a man has made a commitment to a way of life, he puts the greatest strength in the world behind him. It's something we call heart power. Once a man has made this commitment, nothing will stop him short of success." - Vince Lombardi
