London: Seeley Service & Co. Limited, 1959. New volume in the Lonsdale Library, Volume XXXIII [33], circa 1959. Well illustrated throughout with photos of early racing cars up through the postwar period, diagrams and figures of mechanical highlights. Tan cloth with darker tan cloth spine, dustjacket with black and white illustration mounted on the front cover. The book si in good to very good condition with a small spot to the upper edge of the front cover, good hinges, sound text block, lightly foxed endpapers, pages clean, no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is priceclipped and is also in good to very good condition with a similar top edge spot, edgewear and a few tiny chips, little paper loss. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
