1922 NEW AND ENLARGED EDITION. Original tan cloth with gilt and black decorated cover, black lettering front and spine. WITH rare original dust jacket. The book has clean covers, no fading, light rubbing at edges, old gift inscription penned to blank FFEP otherwise no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, solid binding, no foxing. The dust jacket has faint staining on lower regions, large mangle tear across rear panel with crease marks, 3cm tear upper front flap crease with shallow loss. The book measures 203mm tall x 135mm, and has 389 pages, 67 b/w illustrations of which 16 are b/w photo plates and two are maps, index. PHOTOS ARE OF ACTUAL ITEM BEING OFFERED.
