Quarto. Original publisher s color pictorial paper-covered boards, front and back; blue cloth spine. No.4 in Dean s "Surprise Model" Series, features wonderful chromolithograph illustrations, including four pages with intricate mechanical pop-up illustrations operated by cotton thread, one of which is a double page spread. Minor finger soiling and scuffs to margins, some chipping to edges, spine somewhat rubbed. A very good copy of a scarce movable, with only three held in Institutions.
