She is an accomplished Leader, Director, Analyst, Project Manager, Trainer, and Business Coach & Consultant. Starting as an entry level secretary, Anne successfully worked her way up the corporate ladder of The Home Depot holding such positions as Flooring Buyer, Finance & HR Analyst, Regional Specialty Manager, and Regional Operations Manager, among others. She ended her Home Depot career as the Regional Director of Operations covering a five state territory of $3 billion in annual sales. After leaving Home Depot in 2013, Anne founded AT Development & Solutions. Anne focuses on helping women be successful both in the corporate world (through the Tangible Tools brand) and as entrepreneurs. Previous to owning and running AT Development & Solutions, Anne was a co-owner of a restaurant. She is also the CFO for Point of Solutions and sits on the Board of Directors for Celtic Life & Heritage Foundation.
