About the Author: Rodney Yee is one of America's premier yoga teachers and has been featured in Time, People, and USA Today, and on the Oprah Winfrey Show. In addition, he travels across the country and around the world to destinations such as England, Bali, Australia, and Mexico to conduct workshops and retreats.
