Muhurtha

This book explains how timing plays a crucial role in success, harmony, and well-being, asserting that even adverse planetary indications in a natal chart can be mitigated through the careful selection of favorable moments. Its core philosophy is that astrology does not advocate absolute determinism.

Drawing upon classical Sanskrit texts and the author's decades of experience, the work systematically explains the Panchanga- Tithi, Vara, Nakshatra, Yoga, and Karana-and their application in determining auspicious times. Special attention is given to Nakshatra, Chandrabala, Tarabala, and the avoidance of Mahadoshas, while also recognizing the need for practical judgment and reasonable exceptions. The book applies these principles to a wide range of activities, including marriage, travel, education, medical treatment, house construction, and religious ceremonies.

Marriage muhurtha receives detailed treatment, with clear guidelines for horoscope matching, dosha evaluation, and remedial timing.
