Multilinear Functions Of Direction And Their Uses In Differential Geometry (1921)

Multilinear Functions of Direction and Their Uses in Differential Geometry is a mathematical treatise written by Eric Harold Neville in 1921. The book explores the concept of multilinear functions of direction and their applications in the field of differential geometry. The author provides a comprehensive analysis of the topic, starting with an introduction to the theory of multilinear algebra and its relation to differential geometry. The book then delves into the properties of multilinear functions of direction and their applications in various geometric problems. The author also discusses the use of these functions in the study of curves and surfaces, as well as in the theory of differential equations. The book is written in a rigorous and concise style, making it an essential reference for mathematicians and researchers interested in the field of differential geometry. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
