Multiphase flow is of importance to the design, research and operation for apparatuses of many industries, such as power engineering, chemical industry, nuclear energy industry, refrigeratory industry, petroleum industry, metallurgical industry, space industry and environmental engineering industry, etc. On account of the complication of multiphase flows, their measurements are much more different than that for single phase flows.
