Multiple Site Joint Design Team Guide

In Joint Design Teams, managers and employees at all levels of the organization work together to design and execute new business strategies. This manual is a guide to creating and implementing Joint Design Teams across multiple work locations, divisions or work functions. The Multiple Site Joint Design Team Guide describes how to elicit employee participation at all levels of the organization, starting from the earliest stages of initiating a change. This step-by-step guide has particular value in a business where gains can be realized by building accountability and ownership among workers in different functions, roles, and locations, and where engaged and collaborative workers are critical to the success of the change.
