Synopsis

The first part contains the basic R elements, an introduction to statistical procedures, and the main aspects related to Statistical Quality Control (SQC). The second part covers the construction of multivariate control charts, the calculation of Multivariate Capability Indices.

Review

The author does a nice job explaining a variety of concepts and clearly demonstrates their use with examples supported by R code and graphics...In summary, I believe that this is a good R text on MSQC methods and how to implement them in R. I would recommend this text to quality, industrial, and process engineers.
