The food and culture are influenced by the Ottoman State's geographical locations and is a mixture of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Western Asian, Persian, North African, and Eastern European dishes. Turkish food is considered the most nutritious, flavoursome, exotic, tasty, creative cuisine and includes the widest range of healthy dishes.
