Cover is water damaged but binding is intact and city seal in gold stamping on front and back covers is unaffected. Pages are very good. and are unaffected by water spots. Two plates, one folding bound in is the plan of the common council room and has each desk identified with a name. No library markings but owner's name and inscription on front pastedown. Inscription is with regards and signed by Boston Mayor J. V. Smith June 22, 1854. 208 + iv index pages.
