U. S. domestic shipping costs are based on books weighing up to one kilogram (2.2 pounds) and shipped via USPS Media Mail. Book orders exceeding 2.2 pounds (one kilogram) and multi-volume sets may require additional postage. Non-book orders (ephemera, maps, prints) do not qualify for USPS Media Mail and will be delivered via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Non-book orders may also require additional postage. We will contact you if additional funds are necessary to fulfill your order. We will also combine multiple items into a single order to reduce buyer costs whenever possible. All international shipping costs quoted herein are estimates only.
