Murder Spoken Here (Paperback)

Paperback. Adventurer-MAUREEN MOTOLA, draws from her flying and boating experiences on the Sea of Cortez as she creates another action-filled novel in husband Danny Motola's series: McGraw/O'Grady Private Investigators. In Murder Spoken Here, Roberto McGraw, PI from Temecula, CA looks forward to relaxing on the beach in San Felipe and ravishing the luscious Lydia-the shapely blond lying next to him on the towel while Spade, his all-black Great Dane, ignores his master's infatuation. Santiago Dominguez, local Chief of Police, disrupts Roberto's vacation by enlisting his aid in translating for two American women involved in a murder. In Mexico you are guilty until proven innocent and Rob can't resist coming to their aid. One of the Americans, Jessica O'Grady, turns out to be not only a PI but a licensed pilot. The two instantly clash, each trying to dominate the investigation. Spade on the other hand falls in love. Weather, drugs and DRE agents, spiced with Jessie's flaming temper, turn the investigation into a sizzling pot of hot chili that erupts with a boat chase and an airplane emergency.
