In-4, [2], 26 pages, with half-title. Disbound, stains on the cover and on the last page, the other pages, very good. Two-line errata at the end. Printed by R. Weatherley for the Benefit of the Charity-School. Transcriptions of letters written by the Chevalier d'Eon, Charles Geneviève d'Éon de Beaumont, in French and English in 1766 in reaction to an article published in the St. James's Evening Chronicle about a previous letter supposedly written by him where he requested to impeach three persons, by name, of selling the peace to the French. Following these, Dr. Musgrave's reply and comments to these, with a Postscript at the end. Commentary on the publication of diplomatic papers concerning the peace of 1763. Scarce.
